Welcome to Kaiser Language Coaching. These Terms of Use & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Kaiser Language Coaching ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us") through our website www.kaiserlanguagecoaching.com (the "Site") and any associated platforms, services, or applications (together with the Site, the "Services").

1. Use of the Services Kaiser Language Coaching offers personalized language coaching services and related resources aimed at helping you improve your foreign language skills. These services may include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching, group sessions, online courses, workshops, and downloadable resources.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.
  • Account Creation: In order to access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the confidentiality of your account login information.

 

 

2. Language Coaching Services Kaiser Language Coaching provides personalized coaching services, which may include online courses, personal or group coaching sessions, feedback, assessments, and guidance tailored to your specific language learning goals. These coaching services are subject to the availability of the coach, and you agree to work within the scheduled sessions and provide any required information prior to sessions.

  • Scheduling & Cancellations: You are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.
  • Payment: All coaching services are subject to payment according to the pricing details provided at the time of booking. Payments for one-on-one coaching or group sessions are due prior to the service being rendered, and fees are non-refundable except as outlined below.

 

 

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: The pricing for coaching services and products will be clearly outlined on the Site or in any relevant communications from us. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect services already booked.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund policy for services, provided that you have not already attended a coaching session or started to watch an online course. Please contact [email protected] for refund requests.

 

4. User Conduct You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
